The package is designed to shock your body into action, kick start your metabolism and de­tox your system. You will be given full instructions once you´ve signed up and will have printed diet sheets to follow. Ideally, you will not have any big social events to attend as you will be required to avoid alcohol and follow the diet plan for 7 days for maximum benefits.

The exercise component will take place in beautiful woodland and is definitely not for the faint hearted. All abilities are welcome but prepare to give it your all and get muddy, sweaty and to push your body to the max.

Day 1

Is a mix of cardio and upper body exercises, including a mini assault course, military style drills, body weight exercises such as press ups, step ups and dips. Example equipment includes tyres, skipping ropes, logs, resistance bands, medicine balls, sandbags and ropes.

Day 2

Is a mix of cardio and lower body exercises, including hill sprints, log jumps, mini assault course, crab walks, running drills, weighted squats, team drills and the "Penelope Challenge" team event.

Expect to ache, expect to get dirty and if you follow our dietary advice, expect to drop a dress size.

We will supply drinking water, all you need is the correct footwear, waterproofs if necessary, gloves (to protect your hands from muddy floors, benches and branches) and a huge smile!
